Individual Classes

Three individual self-healing technique classes each last one hour a week and are taught at your convenience.

The total cost of the three-week one-hour classes is $50.

On a regular basis you can play the DVD and practice the five steps of the self-healing technique which will become automatic for you after a few sessions.
